Nutcracker
Nutcracker is all new this year. One of the parts is a garden fairy. I'm a lamb. A conversation with a annoying garden fairy:
her: I know the lamb is the youngest part, us garden fairies are way better.
me: no they're not, I think our part is just as good as yours.
her: well, anyway you're more like the angels from last year.
(Last year's part for me was an angel)
me: I think you might be a little bit like them yourself considering the fact that Clara comes out during your role.
her: No she didn't last year!
me: I was an angel last year and happen to know that she does come out.
her: well anyway our part is better than yours! they're only twelve of us in each group.
me: they're are only six of us in each group. that means there's only 18 of us total
her: well, I think we should just end it here because I'm embarrassed to be talking to one of the stupidest roles!
That's where the rehearsal started and I felt angry at her the whole time. There are no "We have a better part than you!" in the Nutcracker.
This rehearsal though I'm going to show her!
