Good day today

Well, I got a call from Time Warner last week on Wednesday asking me to come in Friday for a pre-test. Worked out pretty good because I had Wednesday off and was home to take the call and I also had Friday off so I was able to go in to take the test.

The first part of the test consisted of billing and account questions using codes. There were a total of 30 questions but there was a 15 minute time limit. I was able to finish all 30 questions with about 2 minutes to spare. The second part of the test required the use of headphones. There were a total of 8 sample calls. I had to click a button to receive the first call and then click either 'Order' or 'Send Info' depending on what the caller wanted. After that, the rep in the demo would ask for the caller's name, address, company, phone number, etc. I had to type in the information as it was given.

The rest of the test were mostly just True/False questions along with some Strongly Agree/Agree/Neutral/Disagree/Strongly Disagree questions. I think there were a total of about 100 questions like that altogether.

Out of the seven of us, I was the first to complete the test. Not a bad thing though, someone has to be first :P Apparently I did a good job on it though because I got a call from Time Warner again today asking me to come in tomorrow for an interview. I was scheduled to work 8:30am to 5pm that day but I was able to trade shifts with a coworker so I could go in for the interview.

Enough rambling for now. Will probably update this tomorrow after the interview.
