I really dislike the Ginny in this story - selfish, egotistical, delusional, etcetera. "last sixteen years saving herself". Yeah, right.

"and how she sits at the center of the Slytherin table across from the empty space that mirrors the larger empty space across from Ginny who sits on the opposite side of the Great Hall from Pansy"

That description really appealed to me for some reason ... nice way to remind us of what the major characters are doing, I thought.

Hmm. Well, this is totally the wrong place to Ginnybash. :D Mostly she *has* been her own savior in terms of watching her own back in a house full of boys and a mother that clearly loves her but is crazy overprotective (at least in the universe I created here). A lot of what she's thinking is also the same sort of front of bad ass bravado that her brothers wear to great effect, so it's not really fair to revile in her what we admire in fred and george.

Totally, and it also reinforces their mirrored positions, I think. :D Thanks!
