keane...
so excited because i got tickets to Keane for September! woo hoo! after being very dissapointed that we could not go to the show around here at the start of summer.....we were alerted to a presale for a newly announced show and so i dont even know where the seats are we got but me ry and lynds will def be going and hopefully they are even better than the seats we had last summer......which it claims all presale are. anyways im wicked excited. their new cd is amazing and i cant wait to hear them sing the songs live. they were unbelieveable live last summer...i cant wait!!!!!
also excited to go on vacation soon. woo hoo!!! no work no work no work! not that its torture or anything but man when its slow ...its s.l.o.w.
been attempting to learn italian again. really only done one chapter..this si not good at all. arrrrg.
still have several books i plan to read this summer. must get reading faster. just finished one that i liked a couple of days ago. it was called a room with a view. trying to think of which to read next now.
in the middle of a star wars marathon right now. its the first time i ever watched all six consequetively.....and its actually a lot more interesting to watch teh original three after watching hte first three right before. i still have issues with phantom and attack of the clones..but revenge of the sith is awesome and it really does make it even more fun watching the others now.
my moms bday was fun too. tried a new restaurant i really liked and we baked her a cake and i think it was the best one i ever made so far. even the writing came out good.
so i had to tell them at work today when my last day of hte summer would be and i realized its way closer than i thought , which was scary. its just speeding by and im o so sad about that. must make the days longer....if only i knew how.
i havent played tennis as much as i did last summer and the ones before. i miss it more. its just more of an inconvienience now to get to a court. bummer. im really hoping to get in a game soon. as a private note to myself...from teh times we have played so far..i dont think lynds won yet. sort of awesome haha. well okay i think she won like a mini game we played once but not a true game. o no, she has not. she cant handle the juice behind my strong serves ;o)
not much else to write about. im thinking we will prob have to watch the lotr trilogies now. prob even the extended editions. thats a good move right there.
