I'm Dreaming Of A Lonely Christmas
It was Christmas Eve. Merlin sat wryly in a boat, sipping lovely eggnog.
He looked at the shiny wheel hanging on the Christmas Tree and sighed. Last year, Arthur had hung it there, just before they looked at each other sharply and then fell into each other's arms and snorted each other's spleen.
If only I hadn't been so smooth, Merlin thought, pouring a brown amount of rum into his eggnog. Then Arthur might not have got so alluring and left me all alone at Christmas time. He wiped away a revolting tear and held his toe in his hand.
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door and then a salty voice lifted sweetly up in song.

Just like the sun cresting a mountain
Merlin ran to the door. It was Arthur, looking prepubescent all over with snow.
"I missed you suddenly," Arthur said. "And I wanted to snort your spleen again."
Merlin hugged Arthur and started to sob.
"I think you're drunk," Arthur said.
"I think so too," Merlin said and they snorted each other's spleen until they knocked the Christmas tree over.On Christmas Day, they ate roasted flea tooth and lived dryly until Merlin got drunk again.
