I agree with what u said, but at the same time I want alot of plastic surgery done.

it's sad really...especially if the only reason they are doing is to impress others and not doing it for themselves.

See the tricky thing is, how do u distinguish the people who are doing it for themselves and those doing it for others? Take me for example, I feel I really need plastic surgery, and everyone tells me not to be so stupid etc, but I feel that it will make ME happier, BUT really deep down my happiness would be coming from the attention i get from others if i end up looking better. So maybe theres no such thing as people doing it for themselves? idk lol society sux.

you make a good point, it is hard to distinguish the two. i guess you would really know if when u had the surgery that you didn't really feel any different inside. like, you didn't feel any happier with yourself and that the attention you were getting was from superficial ppl that just make judgments on ppls looks and not the person that they are inside. don't get me wrong, i'm not completely against ppl getting plastic surgery, it's just that i hope that they are doing it for all the right reasons that they really think about what they're doing before they go through with it.
