Yes, those are sparkling !Jingyi icons :D I made them last night because I felt bad about not having Jingyi's present ready! Today, however, I spotted the perfect Jingyi present at Borders, and I had to get it! Plus I bought stuff for other people as well, and I cut my hair (again). Eventful day :)
