I haven't posted on here lately about the shop, but to be honest there hasn't been much to post. I went to San Diego to get another load of tools and shop stuff, but I haven't had much time or ability to work on the shop since. The truck is broke, my shoulder has been super bad, KSW stuff needed to be handled, and life in general has been getting in the way. There were some damn fun things that kept me from making progress though. The visit down south to pick up stuff was incredible and Penny and I had a great time together, weekend before last was a great time taking the Steam Engineering and Safety course at Roots of Motive Power up in Willits, and this week, Penny is going to be here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. My life has been up to it's normal shenanigans of lots of ups and downs, but to be honest, in the last 2 years, I've never had more hope for the future. Life is still insane, and it's rough to deal with at times, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I've just got to get through this stretch of crazy and I hope it will be smooth sailing again for a while.
