You know what? I'm always on LJ, but I -never- update this stupid thing.
I was in a play--an adaption of The Frogs for CSUS. It was really awesome.
Still waiting for Baen's answer on my manuscript. I hope they don't send a letter; I accidently have them the wrong address. Oopsie.
...what else is worth mentioning?
Well, I have a huge, pathetic crush on this boy I know. He's really funny and nice and he's got the coolest name ever. He's the most endearingly sincere person I've ever met, too. He's just a really, really great guy. But he's handsome and athletic, and I'm... Well, I'm pale and flabby and clumsy. I want to tell him I have a huge crush on him, and I think about asking him out for coffee or whatever (that's what you do, right? God, I'm 19 and have never been on a date. How sad is that?), but I'm just waaaay too scared he'll be creeped out and start avoiding me.
It brings up a question: if you're in love with someone and you don't know that they'll return your affections, would you rather tell them and find out they don't like you that way, or never tell them and never end up learning that they -did- like you?
I don't know how to answer that, myself.
He went with me to Moony and Broon, though. It was a lot of fun. He told me about prostitutes in Spain getting hit by cars.
...that sounds creepy when I put it that way, but, I swear, it wasn't at all.
*sigh* I wish I weren't so social awkward. Or I wish I were prettier. Either of those things would reeeeeally help me out here, I think.
