Ok, well the posting of this was kind of inspired by Popo-licious I read a post she made about how she feels the magic of Q/ has kind of been lost somewhere along the way. I really connected with what she was saying about feeling unimportant to the board. A while back I spent a few days writing down everything that Queen and Queen Slash had brought to my life and I came up with this sort of Biography thing. I had no intention at the time of ever posting it, it was for my own catharsis I wrote it but somehow I feel now would be a good time to share some of my feelings about the community and the band we love so much with anyone who feels inclined to read it.
It is fairly long so I will post a bit of it in a locked and cut journal entry each day or every few days rather than in one HUUUUGE public entry.
I hope it helps anyone, especially those like Popo who are feeling somewhat lost around here these days, to remember what an important impact this board, the music, the band and the friendships have had on some of our lives.
