I'm such a slacker.
Last night was fun, even though we really didn't get to talk to Rory all that much. I had a good time shopping too.
Mom wasn't too happy to hear that I got a detention.
I really shouldn't mention what else I got in trouble for, should I? Let's just say that I can't leave school for 5 days at lunch...
Anyways, so I served my detention today. There was pretty cool people in there, which made it difficult to be quite. Then, he almost kicked me out because I wasn't doing my work and I was talking. First of all, my name wasn't even on the list, so I should have just walked out. Then Sutto told me that it said I was supposed to serve 2 hours. If I would have, I would have been pissed. I sat next to the new kid. He's really hot. He kept looking at me and smiling. I felt so dumb, because Aleda or Dan would do something and I would laugh like crazy.
The main reason that my mom was probably pissed is because I was getting an F in ceramics, the class I got the detention from. That's because she gave me an incomplete for one of my projects that hasn't gotten fired yet. But I was sorta crabby in ceramics today at first, but then talking about our summer plans sort of cheered my up. I don't know what I would do without Lara and Anna. All I did yesterday was make a tray incense holder that I'm gonna glaze black and white checkerboard and the body of my animal project, which is a penguin. It has to be 8 inches, but I didn't think it would be, so it's on a little sheet of ice w/ snowballs. It's so flippin' cute! When it's all glazed and I get my digital camera, I'll post pictures of it, along w/ my texture tile that has lyrics from the Used on it. Anyways, I pretty much finished it. I'll just do some touch-ups on it, then start on my choice project and drape pot. I'm really not all that far behind, it's just that it takes forever to get everything fired. Oh, and I have to wheel-throw yet. I dunno when I'll have time for that. But tomorrow in enhancement I'll glaze my set and then if I have time, underglaze my incense holder or finish up my penguin. I'm sure she'll be pissed that I made an incense holder, but it only took 5 minutes and I'll tell her that I thought we could have a few things for our choice project instead of only 1. What's she gonna do? I guess I'll find out, won't I?
Tomorrow though, I'm going shopping after school with my mommy. Hopefully Anna and I will be able to stay after school to wheel-throw, then go to Green Bay, and shop for a long time so that we miss conferences. Yes, I've got my schemes...
And then in 2nd block I'm talking to Jill and I meant to say something about Darryl, I think, but I accidentaly said Corey...I felt like such an ass because he was right there. So as a cover, I started talking about Rory. I know, I'm good...
