[Those who have not been drafted may notice Sheena spending most of the day playing outside with a small child. After a few hours of this she looks tired, but pretty happy. Watching Sophie while Stella's away gives her something to do, staving off the feeling of being stagnant. And she does love kids. Sophie's a little too young for hide-and-seek,

[Kratos had just awoken a few minutes before she arrived. But... he feels terrible enough that he wants to fall back asleep again. His stomach hurts, and he feels absolutely drained. Of course, his first foggy thought is to wonder how in the world he survived that.

He's starting to doze off again by the time Sheena arrives.]

[once she found out what room he was in, her only plans are to sit with him for a while. Yuan didn't give her very many specifics, so she doesn't know what to expect. She comes in ninja-quiet, in case he's asleep.]

[He senses her mana... just barely, though, with his muddled senses. Still, he can't ignore it. So he slowly opens his eyes and glances towards the door, only to sigh and shut them again. Nothing to get worked up about.]

[Pretty sure him looking at her is a good sign? Without that, he really does look awful.]

Sorry, did I wake you up?

[All he does is let out a slight "hmm" at that, neither confirming nor denying it. He looks awful? He feels awful. Why can't he be unconscious again?]

[there's got to be a chair that she can sit in. With no Lloyd to be the bad kind of crazy or Raine to take charge, she doesn't feel the need to be as...loud?]

Do you want some healing magic?

[Raine had healed him on the day of his return from the battle, but that stomach wound would take a lot of time to recover. Still, maybe more magic would lift that cruddy feeling of his. So, he partly opens his eyes and gives a small nod.]

Okay.

[almost three years of practice has gotten her up to ten minutes of being able to use the magic without passing out. So that's what he'll get.]

[Well then, he'll shut his eyes and let the healing magic do its thing. It's a little better thanks to that, at least more bearable. Although to Sheena, there may not be much of a difference, considering his wounds are all covered with bandages.]

[eh, she figured she wouldn't actually see much. Somehow, she can tell it at least helped a little. She also thinks it put him to sleep again, though, so she won't say anything else just now.]

[After a moment, Kratos opens his eyes, and even that action seems to have a little more strength from before. He looks up at her and finally speaks.]

Huh? ...Oh, sure, no problem. You look kinda better.

Hmph... [He doesn't like admitting that he still feels pretty terrible to just anyone. So, for the moment, he takes the topic off of himself.]

Yuan? [He won't ask about Aku. If Kratos is here and alive, then Aku must be dead.]

They said he got outta here a couple days ago. Anyway he was, uh, actually conscious.
