(no subject)
This year has really reminded me of a novel. There was a cast of characters and each went through his/her own drama, each got (for the most part) his/her ends tied up. With the end of the year approaching fast, however, it seems like the author just kind of threw an ending together super fast in order to get the manuscript to the publisher on time. It's almost anticlimactic. And I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'm thinking it can't be over though, because maybe it's just me, but I still feel like I'm struggling to reach the end. Unless I'm wrong, after the climax, things get easier and the resolution is reached. Things are just getting more complicated as it goes on. Maybe this isn't the end of the novel then. Maybe it's just the end of the chapter.
