Life is good...
and then there are movies.
So, why would I, a lover of film, be complaining about movies? Well, there are two reasons: 1 -- having a child means sitting through some awful kid films. 2 -- having in-laws who love films means being drug to some questionable fare.
Since being here in Phoenix I have had the "pleasure" to see: 'Agent Cody Banks 2', 'Scooby-Doo 2' and 'The Alamo'. Yes, all pretty bad films. And it was having to sit through the 2 1/2 hours of propoganda known as 'The Alamo' that has prompted this post. At least bad kid movies keep the run time short, to accomidate the short attention spans of the tykes. If only this movie were so kind.
In other, happier news, our wedding invitations should be sent out Wednesday. Yay! 5 weeks away. man, how the time flies. Now we just have to pay for everything.
ugh.
