Language
Three weeks now and I'm still doubling my vocabulary by the hour. (Well, by the waking hour, otherwise at that exponential rate I'd have exhausted the dictionary by now, of course.)
(I sleep a lot.)
Well, I've graduated from the online personals (it's amazing how large things sound when measured in cm) to warning labels on appliances and also cleansers like Don Limpia. (Don Limpia is the (much improved) Spanish brand name of Mr. Clean, though I call him Don Pimpia because the guy's a total pimp.)
And I'm figuring out what foodstuffs my roommates have in the kitchen. Asparagus jam??! I was curious until I saw it had expired two years ago.
