Absolutely sure. The door locked behind me, and... [He's really not doing a very good job of beating around the bush, is he?] And there was only one way down.
[Jack isn't entirely sure why he's even trying, really. Is it to keep other people from looking for it and possibly being trapped there as well, or is it simply because he doesn't know if anyone would actually believe him?]
I didn't know how to operate it. It just...piloted itself, I guess, and I didn't know how to make it go back up. There was someone else down there, he had another way out, but...
