(no subject)
I haven't been much in the mood for posting lately. Even with the indictments, Bush's sinking polls, and the implosion of the GOP, I haven't really mustered much energy to say anything. While I thoroughly enjoy watching it all, what more is there to say that hasn't already been said about it all? I don't see much point in being part of the echo chamber.
The following, however, are top on my priority list, and you will probably be hearing more about them over the next month or two:
Brining Fowl
A lovely technique I've experimented with over the past couple years. I'm ever searching for the perfect combination of salt and sugar that would moisten my meat, and allow me to make some lovely gravy from the drippings that isn't too salty.
Christmas
This year's theme is Marshmallow World, done in white and gold. Look forward to pictures if I can figure out the whole picture thing on LJ.
Masonry
I don't post about it much, if ever, but Masonry is a very important part of my life, and despite my disdain for good ol' boy politics, I still love it. I need to explore more of the esoterica of Masonry and regain some of the zeal I had before.
