Welcome Home!

So am finally in the new farmhouse, it very nice and old, and has a lot of little places condusive for hide 'n seek/killing people horribly. My mother and i blew the breaker three times in a span of fifteen minutes because movies and heating are a little to much for the house to handle, this of course led to a trip to creepy basement land from my room, the loft at the very top of the house, with the use of my laptop as a flashlight, because my mother still does not get the wonder of flashlights.

Its actually a really cool looking house, its all rounded ceilings, and weird angles for the door frames, because people 98 years ago apparently were into mod, or something.

My mother already has it decked all out, its very charming/cozy and slighty less boho then the townhouse, but only because we don't have a mass of crazy colours all in one place.

So i'm definitley happy with the place and i'm excited for everybody to come see it in the summer.

Jack of course is already bothering/sitting/licking/causing general mayhem/hunting mice and seeking my approval/ staring creepily at me, since my arrival. my mother as per usual got in my bed at 8:30 to tell me of our day, and cuddle her absentee daughter, she also keeps complaining about her hair/is crazy, but she's excited that i'm here and was able to not cry in the airport so points for her.

Speaking of the airport, upon arrival in tiny Kelowna we waited by the luggage spitting out machine, and suddenly realized that red air canada luggage may not have been a wise choice, as every other bag (which i pulled fruitlessly off the conveyor belt) was not mine but decidely extremely similar. sigh.

My flight was good though, i watched a lot of much music, and gazed at the city lights below, and can i just say that christmas llights rock extra hard form the air? because they do. There was also turbulence, which was fun, and a lot of horribly managled pilot's messages, which was hilarious.

The worst part of my travels yesterday was definitley the three and a half hour bus ride from kingston to t-town, this bus ride was especially horrible because i neglected to bring snacks, and hadn't eaten since 8 that morning(causing me to run like made in the airport for food when we finally got there at 4:45) but this ride was especially creepy bcause SOME WOMAN PURPOSEFULLY PULLED MY HAIR! i now assume she's going to use it in some voodoo witchcraft, but that was the most unnerving thing of my life.

ewww.

well i can't wait to see my bitches in vancouver, but today moms and i are going to go get stuff to decorate my room with, plus now were watching Narnia.
