I hate the Marine Corps. for hating me.
The plan was that I would get back to japan from korea and i would sign off to stay in okinawa for another year, they would give me a free 30 day vacation immediately after its approved, which i was going to use to see my Wife.
This is whats actually gonna happen as of this evening. Im not going back to Japan, but rather im gonna get sent directly to the Phillipines for two months. Then after my extension in japan is approved i have to wait untill feb of '07 untill i get that 30 day vacation.
So in a nutshell
Its going to be 7 months away from my wife for no good reason.
OH! I ALMOST FORGOT, I WILL BE SENT TO IRAQ (AGAIN) IN AUGUST 2007 FOR AN ADDITIONAL 9 MONTHS
I'm supposed to reinlist in this shithole? What was I thinking?
