I seem to be having some issues with excessive fatigue as of late. I completely skipped gaming this past Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights because I was just too tired to log in.
Sunday morning I hit the gym. I do my usual strength training regimen, and decide to push my cardio training up a notch, as I discovered my target heart rate (THR) should be in the mid-130's, and I have definitely not been hitting that at a sustained pace.
I set my cardio machine to a 30 minute workout, and have to stop it at 20 minutes because I simply couldn't continue. Sure I was at or over my THR almost the entire time (and I even lowered the resistance after 5-6 minutes) but It totally wiped me out. My legs felt like jello on the walk to the car, and when I got home I basically collapsed onto my couch.
All I felt like doing was sleeping - something that is pretty difficult to do with the children up and active. Though I started to feel better as the day went by I still seemed more drained than I am used to.
So yeah, I'm staring to wonder WTF is going on.
