Regarding the case with the boy named Sokka being heavily mutilated during the fog, did anyone actually record the scene? Forgive the nature of the question, but if someone did, then a visual autopsy could provide us more insight to the perpetrator. What you've all gathered so far is that the way the body was mutilated, it seemed as if it was a person deliberately cutting it into pieces.
What else do we know? Who are the witnesses? Or are there any leads so far?

His frequency is gone. Just as quickly as he came. It's a shame -- in more ways than one. I suppose, more than anyone else, it was him who deserved a...second chance at things. And though it's rather selfish of me to say, I never got the chance to ask about the more scientific aspects of his accomplishment. While I'm at that, I never even got the chance to ask him anything at all.

Really now, if you're going to bring in someone new and then take them away like they were never here at all, why bring them in the first place? I'm sure it's more trouble for you then it is to us, but I'd prefer if you weren't so fickle. That's not a very good trait for people of science, after all. What if you were performing your miraculous kidnappings and ended up taking only half the body of that person here because you changed your minds as you took them? My, my, that won't look very professional.
