I've barely looked at Livejournal recently,
and by recently I mean several months,
so I really should post something.
Generally, its all good really.
If anything I've been quiet because there is so much work I should be doing.
This year my plan was to have Manners and Monstrosities done by the first quarter and concentrate on a novel.
Unfortunatly too many other interesting things appeared.
Cubicle 7 decided to do a book on each Doctor, and I've just finished working on the 4th Doc with the marvellous Walt.
Just as I've got settled in to do the 7th Doctor (McCoy)
Margaret Weis productions gets the Firefly RPG licence again.
So I'm also working on that, although I can't say much about what I'm doing.
Its going to be damn shiny though.
I've also got two card games on the go,
but more on those later.
I must admit really liking these two games, and given there is less physical writing they feel like less work, even when you are rebuilding the deck for the tenth time.
The jet-setting life of a game designer was also in full force again recently,
as I went with the Cubicle 7 guys to do GAMA in Vegas and PAX East in Boston.
Vegas, really hot, Boston, bloody cold.
Was a really good show and as always great to hang out with Dom, Jon and Gareth.
I'm hoping there may be enough holiday days left to still do Games Expo, but Gen-Con is the next big con on the list.
However, next week its off to Whitby with Mrs Corone and
dodgyhoodoo and
nezumi_sama I suspect I'll spend a lot of it writing but it will be really good to go away with nothing specific to do for a change.
