End of an era?
I used to have this old fashioned blog on Pitas.com. It's where I started my first blog back in 2001 and I've kept on using it ever since. Pitas was a very basic blogging tool, it didn't offer any extras. It had no comment system, no communities, no ads. Though pretty stagnant, it was also quite reliable. Until now, because the blogging host has vanished over night.
I think I'll miss it a bit. I've double posted all my entries to LJ since 2003, so at least I haven't lost all my entries. Let this be a lesson 'to back up my life' (then again pitas didn't really have a back up tool either ;).
I bought a paid account for a little while so I could transfer my latest shiney (new-isch) blog layout to Livejournal. Still using the old S1 coding though :) Now I feel more at home at LJ.
