I figured its about time I get back into the health mood. Its been awhile since I've been on a diet and its about time I get back into this. So pretty much no more sweets, crap food(fast food), atleast a gallon of water, 5 small meals, atleast 150 grams of protien aday. And lotta other crap which i wont bore you with. SO yeah, my goal is to be toned(10% BF) by my birthday which is November 30th(hint, hint! ;). Goal BF(body fat) and some lifting goals blah, blah, blah. Bo0o0o0oring Haha.
Anyways, schools pretty much cool. Meeting alot of new fresh new awsome faces >=D But of course its like, the one you want is always the hardest to get. Its never easy. Ya know? But yeah, sweet year this senior year(busta rappa)
EDIT: Oh yeah im a proud member of the Chessclub at school! 8) *represent!* Haha... I think I need a new club... Suggestions? =X
