Well, Jamie sent me an LJ nudge (which I didn't even know existed prior to receiving it), so I am going to break my silence to wish Jamie a very happy birthday! If you'll allow me to indulge in a little sappiness, I'd like to say what a great person Jamie is. She has always been very kind and supportive. She is a wonderful writer and is very intelligent in general. I know she loves her kids to death and would do anything for them. She is very funny and interesting. She is also very strong and has never given up even though I know there have been many times where she wanted to do so. The only bad thing I could say about her is that she too often doesn't believe these things about herself. But I know they are true, and many other people do, too. I know she will do great things with her life. Knowing Jamie these past few years has been very good for me; I hope I will know her for a very long time and get to meet her and her family someday. I love you, Jamie.
