This is an announcement from your patchouli wearing hippie freak dude friend, Mel. *shakes head* OK, well...I've decided to go back home...for a vacation...much needed one too. I'll be going back in early February...if things at work are settled by then...I'll get to that later. I really didn't want to go back in the winter...Chicago winters are BADDDDDD!!! I just miss everyone really bad right now, plus it's Super Bowl weekend. I'll be watching the Bears and the Colts in a defensive battle to end all defensive battles. Da Bears...13-10!!! GO BEARS!!!
OK, at work...we LOST our BIGGEST client on Friday. It's like a morgue at work right now, complete with caskets. Two let go on Friday, four more today...of course they let them work all day...and then they told them. Kevin and I are safe, don't worry about us. I'm number two, he's number three...they do need some people you know. This lady named Marsha was crying on Friday, really hard. We always did the Marsha Brady thing to her...you know...Marsha, Marsha, Marsha...we can't do that anymore. There might be more at the end of the week...one boss is going to go too...it's no secret who it is either. Well, pray that they ALL find jobs soon...
Shawna has become a wandering vagabond...living here and there...UGH!!! Am I a bad Dad??? Yeah, I know that you'll trash my ex-wife, and you should, but...should I have moved here??? She could be living with me right now...
I have a new computer!!! I LOVE it more than...anything else in my room!!! It's an H-P...AMD 2.2 ghz processor, 200 gb hard drive, DVD/CD RW rom drive with light scribe, CD rom drive in the second bay, 9 in 1 thingy, Media Center and ummmmmmmm...I know that I'm forgetting something. Oh well, I got a new computer...
I kept the speakers and sub-woofer from the old computer, but I have no sound. The computer recognizes not the speakers...what am I doing wrong??? :) HEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!
