A study published Monday finds that a diet rich in calcium and Vitamin D -- available in milk, cheese, yogurt and fortified orange juice -- appears to help women reduce the risk of PMS symptoms.

so ladies...youve been warned. next time you complain about the symptoms i hope you remember my face, my scornful face. saying, "why didnt you listen to me. i knew what i was talking about. just drink the milk and move on with your life sister." lol i hope that image is imprinted in your head when you begin ovulating.
