This is my last nerve

And almost everyone is on it. So I get up early finish cleaning the living room, move furniture so the builders can work, dismantle the tv/box/speakers etc and roll it into the other room (note to self don't throw out this ugly metal table, it rolls like a dream. Go put it in the storage unit for...reasons) I sit down to wait and my phone buzzes.

It's Angi (Angi's list rebranded) Ooops we can't make it to your place after all. ... See you Friday afternoon. Are you fucking kidding me? If I had taken off work for this I would have gone apeshit. I put the tv back together and go answer the texts/voice mails from earlier.

The DexCom people never called me back. Infuriated. (They probably don't recognize my non-cell phone number but I can't call from that number unless I go in to my office)

What my insurance wanted was partly aggravating and partly almost helpful. They called to say they approved of my angiogram and gave me the authorization number. But hey could you NOT do it at that hospital? It's too expensive. We can save you money and proceed to give me the hospital I used to have operating rights at. In Columbus. Even further away. I'm like yeah do I have to do this?

Well no. Good because I'm not. It's 30 miles even further away (like 100 miles from home) and I will probably have to stay overnight as is. Wait what? Yeah did you not know this Insurance Company?!? And I want to go to the more expensive hospital because they've been treated this leg for 3 years now. I don't want to break the chain there. If my deductible wasn't met, this would actually be helpful (even if it's mostly them trying to save themselves money) but since it's met I'm like yeah no. Thanks though and she said I don't blame you.

I have some serious headaches/eye strain from reading and reading for my research. I've been here before. It's gotten so bad in the past I wasn't able to read for weeks. I need to be cautious. I'm also very allergy ridden because I am doing what I said I would, taking a bag of bullshit and going through it, throwing out what can be thrown and properly putting other stuff away.

Here's the rub. Some of this are recipes from magazines. Some is travel info mostly from the newsletter my electric company sends that I've torn out. What I need to do from here on out is a) take the travel info immediately find it online and have a folder for those links so I don't have 50 pounds of bullshit paper lying around that I will never look at again (out of sight out of my mind instantly ) b) put these recipes aside for another time when I can look through and scan in ones I would honestly try and recycle the rest.

Add this to yesterday and I have a decluttering plan. Now Dana you need to stick to it.

And for my fannish 50, inspired a bit by ladiesbingo let me talk about the ladies of my newest fandoms in say the last 5 years starting with the newest and working back.

I'll start with Helluva Boss which a) doesn't have all that many women b) even fewer that I like.

Let me start with Millie Knolastname, one half of M&M the married imp couple who along with their titular boss, Blitzo make up I.M.P. a group of imps who go to earth to kill people who sinners in hell pay them to put a hit on. Millie is deeply in love with and protective of her husband Moxxie (who reminds me a little of Niles Crane if he were violent) She is probably the most capable member of the group.

On the downside, most of her contributions are the more battle ready stuff and she could be fleshed out more. She comes from a hell pig ranching family with three older brothers, a murdered sister and her other sister, Sallie May a transgendered woman (voiced by a transwoman) Millie is a lot of fun though. I find her very easy to like.

Here's her in action in one of the songs (Helluva boss isn't the musical Hazbin is but has some music) it's NSFW. For context Moxxie's mobster father has decided he needs to marry Chaz (both his and Millie's ex) for Chaz's money and has kidnapped Moxxie and tried to dispose of Millie.
