A Dozen Snowflakes
I'm too tired for anything. Last night was hard mentally and today (Dad's birthday) is worse in many ways because OMG not only are some Prodigal Son fans mad about the BLM issues and them addressing police brutality (as it is a police procedural and MANY of the police procedurals are doing the same) they are actively being hateful on the official FB page (I'm not on it) and worse are trying to tank the ratings by going on Amazon Prime and one-staring it because of its social justice inclusion (and doing the same with other shows too. I know others were doing this with Star Trek having LGBT characters). This is the dark side of fandom and if you are so moved and this is happening to your shows, feel free to leave reviews combating the hate.
Speaking of combating the hate fandom trumps hate is back and sign ups are open. I HAVE signed up but only for Prodigal Son. I debated including Buffy again this year but I decided not to (I have a few days to change my mind.) I wanted to include this in case someone from snowflake_challenge dropped b y and didn't know about this charity challenge. It's been a positive experience for me.
And I DO have some good news. The dark fic I posted last night has 3 dozen kudos in a day. Now that is fantastic!! And kingstoken made me two Gil icons thanks to the challenge
