It's been a weird day
I woke at 7 after about five hours sleep (I usually get 6-7) and I said nope. Woke up again at 11. What the hell?
I went to work only to find McGraw HIll suffering under the onslaught of students trying to take exams etc. No one is prepared for this many students on line at once. It kept hanging up and crashing. It was a nightmare. I had students utterly locked out. By the end of the day I do think that it was all sorted. But I got so much less done than I needed to do and now I have to give a face to face test later this week.
I got home to find nothing but confusion in my mail. On the good side, my mammo and Pap were fine. On the confusing side I got a government check for 1300. WTF? I thought the government was still dragging it's heels. What is this? Is it my actual tax refund because it usually goes to my student loans. Did they give it back? NO letter just a bare check...
ANd then I got a bill from Allegheny General Hospital back in Pittsburgh. Now I was there once 5 years ago. This is a new bill. It took 30 minutes to get through to them. I still don't think they believe me entirely but there is ANOTHER damn Dana Evans using my insurance. Well no insurance at this time. I'm like this is not my doctor, not my bill and yes I AM disputing it. Why does this keep happening to me??
