I'm cooked
At one point when I was in my car it was 97 degrees with nearly 100% humidity (it did rain tonight). Now some of that was from sitting in the sun but it was at least 92-93 out there. I got sick just going from the apartment to the car.
Last night was bad. Yesterday I had no nerve pain in my arm (it's my neck playing up probably from hunching over a computer all day long) but at 4 AM after 2 hours sleep I woke up from a nightmare. All I remember of it was I was running between my uncle's home and the neighbor only it was much bigger and marshier than it really is and I only have a pillow case wrapped around me as some older dude in a beige jacket is trying to kill me. I get into my uncle's place and there are kids all over in it god knows why. The nightmare faded but the nerve pain was so bad I couldn't sleep. It had calmed down but now it's back.
In spite of that I did get the clothes washed and I'm now passed mid-term as far as recording lectures are concerned. Whoo Hoo. I'm rolling right along. I hope it keeps going.

Hmm, in the Buffyverse there isn't many here. I guess Gunn/Fred. To me she made more sense with Wes but there was some good opposites attract thing going on until the end of S4 when they made him neurotic about not being smart enough. The other would be Dawn/Spike. I'm a Spike fan who believes he was actually a pretty bad guy, certainly abusive. About the only time we don't see him being controlling and abusive toward his women is when he takes care of Dawn, even before he has his soul back. It's one of the truly good things we see Spike do. It's still not my favorite ship but I've written it for friends.
Lucifer holds none for me. I'm good with the canon ships and my friends who write it follow those lines. That said I'm sure Lucifer is pan and would sleep with anyone and I'd be fine with it (though I struggle to imagine him and Dan)
Fullmetal Alchemist - I'm pretty happy with the canon ships in this with one big exception. One that got me unawares was Maes/Roy and while I write a lot of canon homosexual couples I'm not a huge slasher. This was absolutely one I embraced after a while. I wrote a lot of it. Another one I didn't really write much but read when friends wrote it was Al/Ling.
Prodigal Son another where I like the canon ships. I've seen a few friends writing Dani/Ainsley but I remain unconvinced by that. One I didn't think about (Because I loved Tally even though we've only seen her briefly) is JT/Malcolm. I have written it briefly for a friend in Pride month but it's not one that sets me on fire. For friends I can write it and read it but I don't think it will be my favorite (however i had fun writing Malcolm as bi which I can easily see and writing him with Lucifer in a crossover and I don't even like crossovers much).
