Somehow I forgot to take my meds at dinner last night AND at breakfast this morning which is very unusual for me. I'm good with my pills. I even thought man this heartburn is SO bad and I can't take tums because it's not more than 2 hours since I took Prilosec (it deactivates Prilosec) and it didn't occur to me that I hadn't taken it! My heart burn

I have very severe issues, the valve between my stomach and esophagus is non-functional so the acid just pours up without the meds.

I take prescription heartburn meds too & while I've never been that bad, I have some moments where there's not enough milk to sooth everythingt! (For some reason, whenever I'm feeling sick, I like a cup of milk & if it's really bad, I'll nuke it & add honey. XD)
