The Ancient Runes assignment is going quite well. While it's not as flashy as some others, that's really a good thing, as I'm not particularly good at runes. In fact, I'm really very bad at it. However, it's hard to get into troubles with straight research -- and I like doing that. I'll admit, our topic isn't the greatest, but that's fine. It's still a topic, and while it won't get an outstanding mark, it'll get a passing mark. That's all that matters, right?
I never expected to top the class on this assignment. Sure, it'd be nice, but I didn't expect it to happen.
However, enough of that. At least this way I can also research into the nudist colonies that Lisa mentioned! They sound really fascinating, and I'd love to try it, although not here. I doubt too many people would appreciate my trying it here, because the nudity taboo might mean that I offend some people. I don't mean to offend people, though, so I'll wait.
Although, Kevin seems to be going somewhere awfully fast. He's been glaring at people since his couch disappeared, and now he's just gone. Glowering, of course. I'm not entirely sure what to make of Kevin's attachment to the couch, although I suppose that once you have a piece of furniture broken in the way you like it, having someone else destroy it would annoy you immensely. I just hope he's not going to get into trouble.
Anthony's not as stressed now. I wonder what he did? He mentioned something about rearranging his workload to suit his new career, but he's not been studying as much. He knows what he's doing, though.
