a nasty sinus infection + a migraine (complete with throwing up) + cramps (and bad back pain) = miserable me
I've found that violent, volumous vomiting (of Vietnamese food, no less--fish sauce!), is most unpleasant, especially when your head already feels like it's about to explode. Worse is coming up with nothing but water and anibiotics and mucinex (oh, the taste!). Neither made more pleasant by their presence in (and out) my already impacted nose/sinuses. Thank god for my neti pot.
At least I had my lovely Ds with me, my own particular D taking really wonderful care of me.
I just hope the folks at work will forgive me (and that the mountain of books waiting to be shelved will be manageable). It's been a long week.
