memory lane

This morning I went to Starbucks, I know I'm cheating on Beaner's. But in Waterford, Starbucks has the familiar faces. I ran into an old friend from High School which was nice to see. Then as I was sitting and reading I was approached by someone I graduated with. we didnt talk much in HS but he approached me today and remembered my name, this made me smile. I felt bad that I didnt remember his. But this inspired me to take a trip down memory lane via my senior yearbook. Its so strange to think that people will be graduating college. It seems like just yesturday we were filling the halls of Kettering and worrying about that calculus test in mere minutes. As I read the names that were once so familiar, the names of my classmates for so many years, I tried to predict what everyone is doing now. We've all gone our seperate ways and grown.

Have you ever been doing something and your head is screaming "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!" but your body keeps going? This happens to me often. (This is vague I know, don't worry I didn't do anything stupid, its just a thought)

And if you could kindly help me, I would like to know the name or artist of the song with the following lyrics:
"he says all the right things at exactly the right time,he means nothing to you and you dont know why..." or something like that.
