Starting the move
First set of boxes has been transferred to the new house. Along with 2 sets of shelves. Now I have the other 98% of my house to move. Scamp is wary of the boxes and of the now-missing furniture.
Complications exist such as: Jess' two day trip home and my 5 day trip to Daytona Beach for RCM training. He arrives home the night before I leave. I will hopefully (if all works out) return home Thursday evening, or at the latest Friday midday on the 27th. That means that I can get the cable/internet hooked up and we can kick it into high gear. That will hopefully be the weekend when all the major stuff is moved. I will appropriate my father's Dodge Ram and go to town. My poor lil Hyundai was not meant for backbreaking work.
There is much to be done, but the excitement is building. Having boxes there just makes it all the more real now.
