Two weeks of touching

So we decided our theme for RA training should be "Two weeks of non-stop touching". Haha I really, really love my staff and my hall advisor. We have done so much team building which means lots of human knots, trust walks, and hugging and holding onto each other.

The other day, since I was the lightest in our group, I was tossed between two huge guys

I'm glad you get to see D real soon. Also really glad that you are working with good people. Those bonding games can be great, but with the wrong group they can be torture. Glad you got the good end!

I am JUST about to jump into HA training (I am leaving this morning for Philly and moving in tomorrow), and I can already FEEL the contrived games and ice breakers coming. I had Customs (think mini HA/RA) training last year, and although long, I learned a lot and got to hang out with some fun people...I'm glad you're enjoying it as much as you can. Can you believe we're seniors?!
PS: We need to chat via e-mail, AIM or phone, these LJ messages just aren't cutting it, lol. Hope you're hanging in there :)

I'm so excited for you, I think you will be an amazing RA...some people are really not cut out for it, but I think you will be a star!! I wish I'd had someone like you instead of the freakshow on a power trip that I did have :)
