I predict the spin on this one. Bush meant that all the reconciliatory types in Iraq were killed by Saddam Hussein, not that Nelson Mandela was actually killed by Hussein. Right? Sure. He just stumbled over words. The appearance of idiocy is a political ruse, devised to showcase the loveable innocence of all Bush's actions (he doesn't lie or mislead, he's simply verbally challenged, some sort of expressive speech disability...)
