How surreal....
I can't describe how strange it is to hear your skin being cut, scraped, torn (probably wasn't actually torn, it just sounded that way), then burned/cauterized. I couldn't see it or feel it, though I could smell the smoke from the cauterizing doo-dad, so it was pretty much all sounds, which were admittedly distorted happening so close to my ear. It's truly bizarre in way I can't describe other than surreal and slightly terrifying, yet funny in a weird way.
