spring break, what?
So, maybe it snowed over spring break instead of over winter break. That's cool. At least we got a few nice days in :)
I went to see Alison in Hartford and it was a blast. Jared, Shani, and Sarah are amazing people and I love them all. I think we spent like 6 hours in the park on Saturday. AMAZING. Plus, cuddling was sooo needed. I missed my other half SO much.
It was great to visit my peacocks. Rachel, of course, I could have spent another month with, instead of just one afternoon. I got to see Ali, though, which was great. Its weird how much we've grown apart. But I still love her. And Tim and Jake -completely- and utterly impressed me during rehearsal. I can't even get over how great the two of you sound. Gahh its incredible. And Zach, guh, I want a CD of you right now. Seriously. Get on that. Steph and Dara, I wish I could have seen more of you, but I have to say you did do a wonderful singing about Christmas time :)
I also got to see Courtney Wrenn... who I haven't got to actually hang out with for WAY too long. I miss her so much. We love sneaking into chocolate festivals and running to ATMs to avoid things... and we do it so well! Yessss.
AND I had two doctors appointments to get everything looked at. My allergic reaction? A virus. Same thing they always tell me. I swear I'm going to randomly drop dead one of these days and they're going to be like OOoooh that's what all that random stuff meant! Honestly, people don't just break out with stuff like I do. Ugh, I hate my body. Oh, and I have a bad hip muscle. They told me to stretch it out more. Ummmm I take dance 5 times a week... I think I stretch it out plenty. This is why I hate going to the doctors. They don't tell me anything I don't already know, and my parents just have to pay a big bill for it. Pointless, I tell you.
All in all, I'm glad to be heading back to the city. Things are different, people are different, and I really only have less than two months left to have the whole city at my fingertips, so I want to take advantage of it as much as I can. Alison's visiting, Merrill's visiting, Rachel HAS to come visit... so I have my favorite people around all the time... I should be a happy camper. I'm going to be really really sad when this school year ends. I didn't realize how much I honestly love it until I came home.
