(no subject)
All the Christmas things came through the mail now. Thank you to everyone who sent me something. I have them all arranged on my desk. ^_^ Everyone chose such pretty cards!
Tonight's the night, isn't it? The night we all lay our heads down and dream of what the coming year will be and all the things we'll do and people we'll meet. A lot happened this year. I personally made good strides in my educational goals though I have a lot further to go. I haven't done as well on my health, and I really need to see a doctor. That's definitely one of my first achievable goals.
My other goals for this year are to:
♥ transfer to Eckerd College
♥ take my first semesters of Japanese and Italian
♥ learn to sing properly and brush up on my music theory. Maybe get one of those cool programs like garage band and rig something up. I won't be too demanding on that goal just now.
♥ manage my condition properly by taking my medication, sticking to an appropriate diet, and exercising regularly
♥ return to being vegetarian to give my health that little extra kick
♥ finish writing and drawing out at least one graphic novel all year
♥ finally learn the ins and outs of painting in photoshop
But of course, I shouldn't go and spew goals without being grateful for what has happened already this year! I'm glad that:
♥ I left my old school in Michigan with such high honors.
♥ I won that art contest.
♥ I met bedlam14 and got closer to stardance.
♥ I got my little Francesca
♥ I moved to the land of sunshine :D
I hope every else has a great new year, and to go into it with lots of hope and love.
