(no subject)
I have reached the point where I do not think my roomate and I can continue to live together.
This would not present a problem for me to move out except for that one nasty little word: lease.
i am on the lease till june but i dont think that ill be able to stand it here until then.
so, i am looking for a place in center square or VERY close to saint rose (preferably center square) to move in in january or asap.
i pay $375 in rent for everything included per month in a basement apartment on state st right off lark.
the landlord is great and the whole place is painted nicely and my bedroom is a pretty good size. there is nothing wrong with the place at all i really dont want to move out but i really cant stand it anymore.
she is looking for someone who does not like to hang lots of stuff on the walls, who will tolerate her cat, and who will not mind if she leave her stuff lying around the house.
we do not get along for various reasons, but mainly i hate her cat and she hates all my art hanging up on the walls. im sort of a neat freak but am willing to live with someone(s) who might not be totally clean, as long as they do their dishes.
idk what else to do.
does anyone know anything about subletting or breaking the lease?
