Missed Connections Poetry Corner
What IS it exactly about the Missed Connections on craigslist that inspires such embarrassing verse writing? The certainty for anonymity? The hope that someone somewhere will read "Her Eyes Twinkle Like Shiny Diamonds" and ask why you're not a poet laureate? I guess maybe I shouldn't talk, considering how I just laugh at them and actually DO read that particular section seriously. Anyway.
