Dental pain healed, knock wood. My dentist, who keeps wanting me to look at my various back teeth and LEARN (to which I say, um, really? Will it be on the exam?) described the situation with my previous, failed crown as "it's as though you had a piece of popcorn stuck under your gumline." For a week. Gah, no wonder it hurt.
On the brighter side, since none of this was clear until he took off the old crown, on Monday I got an actual honest-to-God differential diagnosis, and learned what the difference between that and a vanilla diagnosis is. Sadly, no Hugh Laurie.
Why no Hugh Laurie? Clearly, he was busy celebrating the birthday of cereta! Happy birthday: I think you're gonna like this year. *g*
