New Desktop Time
Time to upgrade the desktop, methinks. Looking at a decent AMD system Philo pointed me to: X4-945 AMD Phenom-II CPU in an ASUS motherboard, with 4gig ram, 1T harddrive & 1gig GT220 vid card. Only has a DVD-RW, which I will try & add a blu-ray drive to, & only one network card. But the price is damn good. And yes, it will have Win7Pro on it, and Office2010. At least my current desktop is still funtional, & I'll be able to put Linux on it as a second machine.
