It all went like clockwork too. Loads of folk turned up to help with the box-hefting (THANK YOU!) and we had cleared the old place in under 30 minutes! The building of the flat-pack took a bit longer than that, but all were rewarded with a giant take-away curry.
The enormity of the responsibility I have taken on hit me like a very heavy thing on Sunday night and I got a bit wobbly at
guybles. But the cold light of day, some DIY, and unpacking the multitude of boxes sorted me out.
Now all I have to do is remember to get on a bus at the end of the day and not walk back to the old place...
