I've gained 10 pounds in the last month or so. I haven't changed my eating or exercise habits. In fact, I might even work out more and eat healthier now than I did before. I'm up to jogging 5 days a week for 30 minutes with some added weight training in between. I eat soup, salad, and nuts the majority of the time. Trail mix, mostly. But only with assorted nuts, no added fruit or chocolate. I only eat meat once a day and I can't remember the last time I had anything overly sweet or indulgent. Wait, now that I think about it I had ice cream with Jeff about a month ago.
At first I thought it was because I was going out and drinking a lot more. But I stopped doing that as well and my weight just keeps going up. It's not muscle gain either because I do more cardio than anything. The only thing that I can think of is the birth control. I stopped taking it in March and haven't had a normal period since. I think it's taking a while for my body to get adjusted to not getting hormones everyday. I was on the pill for over four years so this might take some getting used to. I looked up online that some girls actually gain weight when they get off the pill and I think I might be one of those girls. It's depressing. I'm depressed :(
