this is what i get for being nice
I don't believe in karma anymore dammit. Last night we played a show in Kokomo, and I had made arrangements with the guy putting in on to provide the PA for the show. I did it free of charge, just to be nice, because I'm a nice guy. Well, approximately half way through the show my PA head burns up and stops working completely. Now it's broken and I don't even know if it can be repaired. That's what I get for being nice? Awesome.
And if that wasn't enough! Ben from ITFOW was nice enough to go get his PA head, and we hooked it up to my speakers so the show could go on. Well, at the end of the show when I go inside to collect my speakers and what not, some jerk off decided to slam one of my speakers in to the wall and break it. Again, this is what I get for being nice.
Anyway, on a completely unrelated note, I made what I believe is an important step in getting over Sam. I deleted her from myspace and twitter, I even deleted her contact info out of my phone. I took down all the pictures and basically deleted her from my life. It's time to start forgetting about her, and that's something I can't do when she's everywhere I look. I'm gonna get over her, I'm determined to do so.
I'm gonna be okay. Eventually. At least that's what I keep telling myself.
