I'm pained by these thoughts of death and destruction
how can you justify any religion and/or belive that says a higher force has a plan for everyone that is aimed at everyone being happy?
I just finished hanging out with a guy I know, his names carl, I have known him for almost if not all of my life. he suffers from several mental dissorders like szcitsophrenia and other issues, and so the doctors perscribe him drugs that he has to take (And even then they don't work very well), these drugs make him not himslef, I have decided that I would rather him not take the drugs and run the risk of upsetting him and getting hurt/killed by him, as long as he is happy in the end.
it's cases like this that make me question if "god" is infact as benign as we all like to think he/she is.
I mean since "god" controls how we feel, how we live, and just about anything else I want to know why this is? why is carl considered crazy and why did I not be given the genes that cause these things?
