read the mind of the other

Yesterday at work my boss tells me that she has no problem with me listening to music while I do work. I've been working there for almost a schoolyear and a half; she couldn't have mentioned it sooner? So I brought my mp3 player (that has no name) to work today and I got almost four pages of names put into the database instead of my normal two. WOOT! I'm still only on the Hs though; I hate it when they put me on data entry.

The lyrics are from "Thirteen" by Ben Kweller.

Yesterday, in Music in Film, my professor referenced Commedia del Arte something like six times and I grinned everytime. Today in English class, my professor tried to convince us several times that Ralph Fiennes was in "Shakespeare in Love." I dunno why, but that bothered me more than it probably should have. She likes me, and she's one who doesn't like many, so I didn't have the heart to correct her... even if she has the movie poster on the wall of the classroom.
